Frequently Asked Questions

We believe that learning towers help foster development and nurture curiosity. It gives your children the (literal) boost they need to engage in the world around them, and helps encourage learning through real life experiences. The back bar on the tower provides an extra safety measure so you have peace of mind while they are busy playing.

A note from our founder, Lauren: As a mom of two young boys, I found that it has helped give them a sense of independence and accomplishment. My boys can now help around the kitchen or brush their teeth on their own by simply climbing the tower.

We make our products both in the USA and Latvia.

We carefully selected our materials and use high-quality Baltic Birch for our Oslo Towers and American maple for our Goldie Chairs. All of our products are made with non-toxic finishes.

We follow the Greenguard standard for finishes and only use environmentally approved materials.

We think the perfect age is between 18 months and five years old. Your child may be ready at an earlier or later age depending on their height and development.

Messes are inevitable with children so when things get a little messy simply wipe the tower down with a soft, dry cloth. If the mess requires a little more clean up, use a slightly damp cloth with a mild liquid detergent. We do not recommend using any abrasive cleaning products, such as household cleaners that you may have under your sink. To keep your Oslo Tower in good condition do not keep in direct sunlight for long periods of time. It’s best not to use near humidifiers or to place anything hot or wet on the tower to avoid damaging the finish.

We chose to flat pack (as opposed to shipping the product pre assembled) to reduce our environmental impact. By choosing to flat pack we are able to ship more product in the same volume, which helps lower CO2 emissions during transportation. It also makes it easy to replace individual parts if necessary!

Assembly is easy-we promise. Our Guidebook provides easy to follow instructions for the 5 simple steps.

Of course! Our products were designed to be loved and used for many years and if something breaks we are happy to replace it. We suggest following our care recommendations but we also know children and how they play and sometimes, well, things just happen. To make the process easier please make sure your product is registered here. For any additional information, please send us an email at hello@audwell.com

We offer free shipping in the continental USA (so no hidden charges at checkout)! At the moment we are not shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Europe, but stay tuned for updates in the future.

We ship to Canada but charge a shipping fee to do so. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

Feel free to reach out to us at hello@audwell.com to inquire about shipping to your destination.

Glad you asked! We had a lot of fun naming our company and even created a definition to truly capture what audwell means. The first part of our name rhymes with "ode" as in "Ode to Joy!"
